|1||tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt|
|1||tsp. meat tenderizer|
|1||tblsp. Worcestershire sauce|
Place meat in a seal able plastic bag with seasonings and water. Leave to marinate for 6 or more hours. Bake at 500 degrees for 7 minutes per lb. Turn oven off for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Should be medium in center. Serve with Au jus. 4 lb. roast bakes for 7 minutes.
