Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Cut parchment paper to fit your tart pan or to cover your baking sheet. Spread a pie crust on top. Roll the edges up slightly.

Spread the jam evenly. Use a bit more or a bit less jam depending on the juiciness of the fruit you choose.

In a single layer cover the jam with fresh fruit slices.

Bake for 7 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Experiment with combinations of your favorite fruits and jams, depending on what you have or is in season. My favorites- apricot and berry jam with plums; fig jam with apple slices.
