Ingredients
- 3 lbs. cabbage
- 1 red onion, sliced paper thin
- 2 large carrots, sliced paper thin
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 2 cucumbers, sliced thin
- Dressing
- 9 tbsp salad oil ( 1/2 cup +1tbl)
- 9 tbsp vinegar
- 9 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp coarse salt

Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together
Dressing
Put in blender and mix thoroughly. Pour over the vegetables. Marinate overnight.
