Another great recipe that you can put in the machine for the dough cycle and then into the oven.
|1||T olive oil|
|3½||cups flour, plus additional for working|
|1½||t active dry or bread machine yeast|
Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's specifications. Select dough cycle and press start. Dough will be quite sticky at the end of the cycle, DO NOT add more flour. Remove dough from bread pan and place on a lightly floured surface; cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray, and let rest for 45 minutes. Spray two baking sheets with cooking spray. Divide dough into about 5-6 pieces (depending on how large you want your rolls), and form each into a ball. Place balls on prepared pans, dimple surface with the end of a wooden spoon, and brush lightly with flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°. Dimple dough for a second time and bake rolls for 12 to 15 minutes, or til golden brown and rolls sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. *** I used w/w flour and sugar substitute. Next time I will use sugar since it needs to be used to get a full rise. ***
