Rattlesnake Bites from Texas Roadhouse

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped jalapenos 1 cup red bell peppers 4 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded 1½ cup bread crumbs, seasoned or unseasoned 1½ cups buttermilk Vegetable Oil Preparation: In a shallow bowl, mix cheese, jalapenos and peppers. Roll into a firm ball, place in covered bowl and let set over night in the refrigerator. The next day roll into one ounce balls, dip balls in breadcrumbs, then dip in buttermilk. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve immediately with Ranch Dressing or Cajun Horseradish Sauce!
