Big Ass Cake

Delicious moist cake. Not sure how it got the name!

Ingredients

• Yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 can coconut/pecan frosting.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients well. Add can of frosting. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350.

(Note: I usually check it after 50 minutes and sometimes it is done then – depends upon the oven, I guess. Test with a toothpick.)
