Crockpot "Mint-chata" Hot Chocolate


For that sweet indulgence...


2 bags of Andes mints (chopped)
4 c. milk
2 sm. cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 sm. heavy whipping cream
1 bottle of Rumchata


Mix all ingredients together in Crockpot. Set on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
