Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1/3 cup tequila
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 green or red peppers, cut in strips
- 2 sweet onions sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken, green and red peppers, and onions. Marinate chicken in 1/2 mixture, and peppers and onions in other half. Marinate for 12 hours, Grill or fry chicken until done and vegetables until soft. Serve on tortillas with your choice of additional accompaniments.
