  • Gelatin 2 oz.
  • Water Or Liquid(Apple Juice?) 2 cups
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Sugar To Taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • Herbs As Needed

Preparation

Step 1

1.Mix the gelatin with one cup of the cold liquid used in the recipe.
2.Allow to bloom for 15 to 20 minutes.
3.Heat the vinegar and remaining cup of liquid.
4.Once the gelatin has absorbed the cold liquid, add it to the hot vinegar mixture.
5.Remove from the heat and stir to dissolve the gelatin.
6.Stir in the oil, and adjust the acid by adding some sugar as needed.
7.Season with salt, pepper, and herbs if you choose.
