  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapeños, well drained or 4 to 6 fresh jalapeños, roasted and diced (include seeds if you like it really spicy)
  • 1 (8-ounce)package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup plus 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar, and melted butter, and put in an oven-safe dish. Top with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

Bake in oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Continue baking if more time is needed, checking every 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with chips.
