Balsamic BBQ Sauce PRINT
- YIELD: 1 cup
|1||C balsamic vinegar|
|½||C brown sugar|
|1||garlic clove, minced|
|1||Tb Worcestershire sauce|
|1||Tb Dijon mustard|
|½||tsp freshly ground black pepper|
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by 1/3, about 20 minutes.
This sauce can be used on either grilled chicken or steak (grill to your liking, then glaze with the sauce). The sauce can also be served as a dipping sauce for chicken wings.
Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
