Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 - 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 - 14 oz cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans biscuits (not layered)
  • flour, all-purpose

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken and set aside. In a large pot, add chicken broth and soup. Bring mixture to a boil. Tear chicken into bite-sized pieces. Separate the biscuits and roll them out thin. Cut into strips with a knife or pizza cutter. Dip each strip in flour. Turn heat down and drop biscuits into hot broth. When all the biscuits are added, push down into broth and cover. Do not stir. Every little bit, mash the dumplings gently down into the broth. Cook on low (simmer) for 10-15 minutes Add chicken and cook another 10 minutes.
