Roasted Asparagus
A quick and easy veggie dish.
Ingredients
| 1 | bunch asparagus |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| olive oil |
Directions
1.Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
2.Place the trimmed asparagus spears on a lined baking sheet; drizzle the top with olive oil.
3.Season it with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
4.Roast for 15 minutes (the time can be adjusted; I always set my oven to convection mode; it might take a little longer on a conventional oven).
