Sixlets & Chocolate Chip Cookies



cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Sixlets


Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat crisco, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla with mixer. Add in one egg at a time, beating after each addition. Slowly add in flour mixture. Stir in Sixlets and Chocolate chips. I use my handy dandy cookie scoop to make the cookies. Seriously, I love this thing... I use it for everything... cake balls, sausage balls, cookies... well, maybe not everything.. really just ball shaped things.... either way it's amazing. Bake at 375 for 10 min. I like my cookies soft so I only bake 10 min or until they are barely browning on top. Remove from pan and let cool on rack.
