Ingredients
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 cup grated parm cheese
- 1 lb spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs
- blk pepper
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1 lb ground beef with onions, salt and pepper
- 1 box jumbo shells
- 5 cups of spaghetti sauce

Step 1
In a large bowl mix ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, parm, eggs, pepper and basil. Add beef and mix again. Fill shells. Fill casserole dish 1/4 of the way up with spaghetti sauce and place shells in pan. Cover with mozzarella and spoon a little sauce over shells. Bake at 450 for about 10 minutes. If refrigerated cook at 425 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
