Popover Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 # Hamburger
• 1/2 Cup Onion chopped
• 15 oz. Spaghetti or Pizza Sauce
• 1/2 Tsp. Pizza Seasoning
• 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1 Tablespoon Oil
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt
• Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook hamburger and onion, drain grease off. Stir in pizza sauce. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on pizza seasoning. Add shredded mozzarella. combine eggs, milk, oil, flour, and salt. Beat till smooth. Pour over meat and cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in squares, flip over on plate.
