| 1 | cut up chicken or 4-5 chicken breast |
| 1 | can cream of celery soup |
| 2 | cans cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | can water or milk |
| 2 | cups chicken broth |
| 3 | cups raw rice |
| 1 | pkg dry onion soup mix |
Preheat oven to 325. Combine rice, soups, water or milk, and chicken broth. Pour into greased medium sized roaster pan, place chicken over rice mixture, sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 2-2 1/2hrs. Don’t peek!
