  • 4-4 oz favorite fresh fish fillets
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning or favorite seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 -3 teaspoon honey
  • 4 slices favorite sandwich rolls, split and toasted
  • lettuce leaf
  • Tomato, slices

Step 1

Brush fillets with lemon juice. Rub with desired seasoning evenly on all sides of fish. Place the seasoned fillets in a well-greased grill pan. Grill in over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side of fish or until fish begins to flake easily with a fork. Meanwhile, make spread by combining mayo, mustard and honey (to taste) in a small bowl. To serve, spread cut sides of roll with the spread. On bottom half of roll slices, put lettuce, tomato, fish, and top slice.
