Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 10 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbs. vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 sticks margarine
- 2 packs yeast with 1/2 cup warm water=2 1/4 tsp.
- FILLING:
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup confectionery sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine yeast mixture with water, set aside until starting to foam, about 10 minutes.
2. Blend all dry ingredients, add wet ones and yeast mixture.
3. Let rise for 2 hours.
4. Divide into 5 even balls, roll into rectangle, liberally spread oil on dough, then filling.
5. Let rise another 1/2 hour in pans, egg top.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and 320 degrees for 20 minutes.
