Homemade cheese whiz


*sauces, dips


1 # Velveeta cheese
1 # butter
C milk


Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and cook until melted and smooth, stirring often. Maybe used warm as a dip or Pour into a jar or other sealable container and allow to cool before closing. Refrigerate before and after using.
