Melt and then cool butter and milk. Mix yeast in warm water. Beat eggs and then combine all the wet ingredients. Stir flour and sugar. Mix well. The dough will be sticky. Cover well with a paper towel and saran wrap and refrigerate over night. The next day, roll out the dough on a lightly floured board and fill with desired filling, e.g., nuts, poppy seed, apricot, pineapple, cream cheese, etc. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake completed roll for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
