Cake in a cup PRINT
Ingredients
| Whisk together in a bowl: | |
| 1 | cake mix (see variations below) |
| 1 | small package instant pudding (not sugar free) |
| 6 | Tbsp. dried eggs |
| Variations: | |
| Yellow cake mix, lemon pudding and ¼ c. poppy seeds | |
| Chocolate cake mix, choc pudding and ¼ - ½ c. mini choc. chips | |
| Spice cake mix with coconut cream pudding | |
Directions
In a cup:
1. Generously spray inside of coffee mug with vegetable spray.
2. Put 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 Tbsp. water and 2 Tbsp. milk in bottom of cup.
3. Dump in ½ cup of mixture and stir for 15 seconds.
4.Put into microwave. Cook for 90 seconds on high heat.
5. Let stand for 2 minutes.
6. Use spoon to remove cake and put onto plate.
7. Eat warm and enjoy!
