Barvarian Chops PRINT
|½||C chopped green onions|
|2||garlic cloves/ minced|
|8||oz beer/room temp|
|Salt & pepper|
Lightly flour chops.
melt butter until foaming. Brown chops quickly on both sides and remove.
Add garlic,onion,mushrooms and thyme.
Saute 3 minutes.
Return chops to pan and add beer.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes. Season with Salt 7 pepper.
