| 4 | boneless chops |
| 2 | T flour |
| 1 | tsp butter |
| ½ | C chopped green onions |
| 2 | garlic cloves/ minced |
| 8 | oz mushrooms/sliced |
| ½ | tsp thyme |
| 8 | oz beer/room temp |
| Salt & pepper |
Lightly flour chops.
melt butter until foaming. Brown chops quickly on both sides and remove.
Add garlic,onion,mushrooms and thyme.
Saute 3 minutes.
Return chops to pan and add beer.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes. Season with Salt 7 pepper.
