Aunt Linda's Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream PRINT
Ingredients
| 4 | cups whiskey |
| 2 - 14 oz can condensed milk | |
| 2 | cups heavy cream |
| 8 | eggs |
| 4 | tablespoons chocolate syrup |
| 4 | teaspoons instant coffee |
| 4 | teaspoons vanilla extract |
| 1 | teaspoon almond extract |
| Mix in a blender. Makes 3 quarts. |
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high power for 20-30 seconds. Store tightly in the refrigerator. Shake well before using!!
When using as a gift , place in decorative bottle with label with a one month expiration date.
It tastes best chilled.
All irish whiskey.. strongest
All canadian whiskey.. more mild
