Ingredients

  • 1/2 LB bacon (CRUMBLED) or
  • 1 cup of ham (CHOPPED)
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • l cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee onion and pepper.

Mix meat, cheese, onion and pepper in bottom of light greated 10" pie plate or oblong dish.

Beat 2 cups of milk, 4 eggs, 1 cup of Bisquick, salt and pepper.

Pour over sauteed onion and pepper. (DO NOT MIX)

Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes till knife comes out clean and top is golden brown
