
| Crepe Batter | |
| Ingredients: | |
| 1½ C. All-Purpose Flour | |
| 3 Eggs | |
| 1½ C. Milk | |
| ¼ t. Salt | |
| 3 T. Butter, melted | |
| Method: | |
| Place flour and eggs in a bowl and whisk with wire whisk or beaters. Add other ingredients and beat until smooth. Cook batter in crepe pans. Keep warm until ready to serve. | |
| Cream Cheese Layer | |
| Ingredients: | |
| 8-oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened | |
| 2 C. Powdered Sugar | |
| ½ pint Whipping Cream, whipped | |
| Method: | |
| Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together till fluffy. Add whipped cream at beat until thickened to desired consistency. | |
| Bananas Brulee | |
| Ingredients: | |
| 4 Bananas | |
| 4 T. Butter | |
| ⅓ - ½ C. Brown Sugar | |
| Method: | |
| Melt butter in a pan. Add bananas and sprinkle with brown sugar. Saute in pan until bananas are caramelized. | |
| Chocolate Drizzle | |
| Ingredients: | |
| Warm Nutella Hazelnut Chocolate, or favorite melting chocolate. | |
| Method: | |
| Drizzle on top of prepared crepe. | |
Assembly Instructions:
Prepare crepes and top with cream cheese and bananas brulee. Fold crepe in half, drizzle with chocolate, and sprinkle with powdered sugar for pretty presentation.
