- 4OZ CAN GREEN CHILIES WITH LIQUID
- 1 tsp MINCED GARLIC
- 1/2 C RAISINS
- 3 T SLIVERED ALMONDS
- 1 tsp CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 tsp GROUND CUMIN
- 1/2 tsp GROUND CINNAMON
- 1/4 tsp GROUND CLOVES
- 1/4 tsp GROUND RED PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp GROUND WHITE PEPPER
- 16 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
- 14 1/2 OZ CANNED DICED TOMATOES

Step 1
SAUTE TURKEY, USING PAM, UNTIL BROWNED. STIR TO CRUMBLE AND DRAIN.
ADD GREEN ONIONS, CHILIES AND GARLIC. COOK 3 MINUTES.
ADD RAISINS AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
COVER, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 15 TO 30 MINUTES.
CAN ALSO BE MADE IN CROCKPOT. COOK ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS.
