Margarita Pie Recipe

Pretzel Crust:
1-½ cups thin pretzel sticks (measured before crushing)
¾ cup granulated white sugar
½ cup (8 Tablespoons or 1 stick) butter, melted
Pie Filling:
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
½ cup fresh lime juice (3 to 4 Persian limes, plus 1 for garnish)
2 Tablespoons gold tequila
2 Tablespoons Triple Sec
Zest of 1 lime
1 drop green food coloring (optional)
1-½ cups lightly sweetened whipped heavy cream, divided use
12 mini pretzels or thin pretzel sticks, for garnish
2 very thin lime slices cut in fourths, plus lime zest, for garnish
