Greek Style Flank Steak with Fat-Free Tzatziki

- 3 Pounds Flank Steak
- 1 Whole Lemon, Halved
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Dill
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Seeded Cucumber, finely chopped

Step 1
Step One
Mix together juice of half a lemon, olive oil, crushed minced garlic and 1 Tbsp dill. Set aside.
Step Two
Place the flank steak in the crock pot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Pour the lemon/olive oil mixture over the flank steak.
Step Three
Cook the flank steak on low for ten hours. Shred it.
Step Four
Prepare the tzatziki. Mix the greek yogurt, juice of half a lemon, garlic powder, dill and cucumber.
Step Five
Place shredded flank steak on a bed of lettuce or stuff approximately half a cup into a pita pocket. Top with your choice of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olives and fresh dill. Finish with tzatziki.
