Here's a chicken and pasta dish that will soon become a family favorite! Rotel tomatoes with chiles provide a mild south-of-the-border flair.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 2 cups grilled chicken or 1 large can of chicken, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Sprinkling of Parmesan or Mexican-blend cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Boil pasta as package directs and drain.
Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) and add to cooked pasta
Put in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with your choice of cheese and return to oven to melt.
