Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 med Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Celery ribs
  • 1 lg Green Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz can) Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Worchesteshire Sauce
  • 1 tblsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Beef Boullion cube (crushed)
  • 2 tbs corn starch
  • 2 tbs water

Preparation

Step 1

Put pork chops in bottom of slow cooker.

Combine onions, celery, green pepper and stewed tomatoes.

Pour over veggies, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, worchesteshire sauce, lemon juice, and beef boullion.

Mix together 2 tbsp Corn Starch and 2 tbsp Water and add 30 mins. before serving.

Cook on Low 5-6 hours or on high 3 hours.
