I made about 12 dz. of these for Relay for Life team to sell at Relay. They went fast. We bagged them 3 to a bag for a $1.00
| 2 | pkg. instant vanilla pudding |
| 1 | C. oleo |
| 1 | C. sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3 | C. flour |
| 2 | tsp. baking powder |
| 2 | tsp. almond extract |
Mix well and chill at least 30 min. to an hour. I just leave in refrig until I need it. Roll out 1/4” thick. Cut and bake 350* for 8-10 min. Let cool and frost. FROSTING GLAZE 3 egg whites 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla In large mixing bowl beat egg whites&cream of tarter until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla gradually. Color with food coloring of your choice. Ice cooled cookies and let sit out to get hard before storing them.
