1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
¾ Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 - 8 oz cream cheese - room temperature
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
3 Cups half and half
pinch of salt

Directions: Bake cake mix according to directions in 13 x 9 x 2 " sheet pan or use rectangular cake pan. When cool cut in 1" cubes and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Spray oven proof bowls for serving with cooking spray. Beat together 3/4 C confectioners sugar and 1 block of cream cheese at room temperature. Then gradually add 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 cups of half and half and a pinch of salt. Pour mixture over cake cubes in dishes. Put dishes on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream on top.
