- 1 bag small new potatoes, washed & halved (or quartered depending on size)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, divided
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Step 1
Put potatoes in a 9x13 pan.
Stir together butter, 1 tsp. rosemary, and onion soup mix. Pour over potatoes; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp. rosemary.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
