Drain fish from bottles place in food processor or blender add chopped onions and process until smooth. Add grated carrots, salt, pepper, sugar, matzo, meal and 3 egg yolks. Process until smooth beat egg whites until stiff adding a pinch of salt fold egg whites into fish mixture place in well greased mold or 1-1/2 quart baking dish bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until firm to the touch serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold with horseradish sauce. Add a little sour cream to a jar of horseradish salt and pepper serves 12 as an appetizer 8 for luncheon or dinner main course
