Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, coated in flour, salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 2 T. water

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in olive oil. Remove from pan. Add to pan garlic, chicken broth, vinegar and cornstarch mixed with water. Bring to simmer. Add chicken and let simmer about 20 minutes.
