APPETIZER-Clam Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
• 1/2 c Sour Cream
• 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
• 1 T Lemon Juice
• 1/2 t Paprika
• 1/4 t Salt
• 1/16 t Ground Red Pepper
• 1 can (10 1/2 0z) Progressive Minced Cams, Drained

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream together with a mixer until smooth. Add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper; mix until well blended. Stir in clams.
