Chocolate Chip Dip

This chocolate chip dip is an easy dessert to whip up at the last minute. Serve with graham cracker sticks or fruit!

• 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup (6-ounce) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
