  • 2 c milk, 2% or evaporated milk - 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 7 oz. can angel flake coconut

2. Butter Two 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pie is firm to touch and is golden brown. It makes its own crust.
