  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 box seasoned croutons (Pepperidge Farms are really good)
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1) Split zucchini lengthwise and scoop out seeds. (Save the seeds)
2) Brown hamburger, add seeds, tomatoes, and croutons.
3) Season to taste.
4) Fill zucchini with stuffing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
