Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- ~30 slices bread, small cubes
- ~1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. ground sage
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Step 1
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Combine with bread and seasonings. Add enough broth to moisten (I use a little extra). Bake in greased casserole dish, covered, at 350 for 30-40 mins.
