Ingredients
- Batter:
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Buttermilk or Milk Plus 2 TBS. Vinegar
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- Cinnamon Mixture:
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together the butter,sugar and eggs. Add milk, flour and baking soda. Put 1/2 the batter into 2 greased loaf pan (1/4 in each) Mix in separate bowl the cinnamon mixture. Sprinkle 3/4 of the mixture on top of each loaf pan. Add the remaining mixture to each pan and then sprinkle with the remainder of the cinnamon mixture. Swirl with a knife.
Bake @ 350* for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 20 minutes before removing.
