Step 1 Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen Cherries 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds 1/2 cup Baby Spinach 1/4 cup fresh Mint Leaves 1 Banana (peeled cut into 2 inch pieces and frozen) 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice 1/2 cup Water (plus more if needed) Instructions: Working in list order, place all of the ingredients in a blender. Start at a low speed and gradually increase as the mixture starts to come together. Add extract water as needed. Helpful Tips: 1. Spinach is a good source of Vitamin A and Iron. 2. To store spinach, wrap the greens in a damp paper towel and then place in a plastic bag. Store in the fridge for 4 to 6 days.
