Low in carbs does not mean sacrificing flavor with these Skinny Pinwheels featuring tortillas wrapped in a delicious mixture of cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, olives and chilis. A great appetizer for your next gathering, enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce 1/3 less fat cream cheese (I've found that "fat free" just doesn't work.)
  • 8 ounce fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 1/2 ounce (1 small can) olives, diced
  • 4 ounce (1 small can) green chilies, diced
  • 5 low carb tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) together until well blended. I use my mixer because I hate mixing cream cheese with anything by hand!

Lay tortillas out on a clean work surface. Divide cream cheese mixture and spread evenly, completely covering the surface of the tortilla.

Wrap each roll in plastic wrap (to keep the tortilla from getting hard) and refrigerate for at least one hour, I always chill them overnight though, these are my make ahead appetizer!
