A delicious fruit salad and very healthy
| 1 | apple chopped |
| 2 | slices of fresh pineapple |
| ⅛ | cup of chopped walnuts |
| Florida sugar crystals or sugar | |
| ⅛ | cup of orange juice |
| ⅛ | cup of canola oil |
| 1 | tab of cider cinger |
| 1 | Tab of lemon juice |
| Sea salt to taste | |
| ½ | chopped dried cranberries or Cranraisins |
Mix all ingredients and chill well. Adjust sugar, orange juice and vinegar to taste. Serve with a twig of fresh mint.
