- Quesadillas:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups jarred chunky mild salsa
- 1 (8 oz). block cream cheese
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 10 fajita-style flour tortillas
- Serve with:
- Lettuce
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
- Refried Beans
