Macaroni Skillet Ragù

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Elbow Macaroni
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Can 28oz Diced Tomatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place lightly salted water on to boil.
With a tablespoon of olive oil, brown your ground beef and then place it on a plate.
Chop up your onion, garlic and bell pepper!
Be sure to add your macaroni once the water begins to boil, turn down the heat and cook till finished - then drain!
Add two tablespoons of olive oil and on medium high heat, add your onion, garlic and bell pepper and stir continuously for 7 minutes.
Turn down the heat and add all of your spices. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Return the ground beef to the skillet and add your diced tomatoes with their juices. Summer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Last but not least, add your macaroni! Taste and add salt and pepper if necessary.
