Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (flat iron, flank, ribeye, tip)
- 1 Tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper (lots)

Preparation
Step 1
Place steak in a shallow dish.
Combine olive oil, mustard and brown sugar, and pepper.
Rub the marinade all over the steak then cover and marinate for 1-4 hours. You want a nice, thick coating on the outside of the steak.
Remove from fridge and let steak rest 10-15 minutes
