“Starbucks” Pumpkin Loaf


Tastes like the Pumpkin Loaf you get at Starbucks!


1 cup canned pumpkin
cups sugar
½ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1⅔ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
chocolate chips, raisins or nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F 1) Combine first five ingredients well. 2) Add dry ingredients, reserving flour to last, mixing well. 3) If desired, add chocolate chips/nuts/raisins. 4) Pour into 9"x5" loaf pan - bake for 60-70 minutes
