Asian Pork Skillet

Reducing oil will bring calories to less than 300, or use left over pork roast pork, and no oil.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil----REDUCE TO 1 T
- 12 ounces boneless pork, cut into bite-size strips and trimmed of fat
- 1 1/2 cups water----PART CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 3 ounce package oriental- or pork-flavor ramen noodles, broken
- 2 cups fresh snow pea pods
- 2 medium orange, red, and/or yellow sweet peppers, cut into bite-size strips
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- Ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the water to the skillet; bring to boiling. Add noodles and seasoning packet, snow peas, sweet peppers, and hoisin sauce. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Season with black pepper.
